2. Messaging & Calling Program Description

Justine Tax Plus offers a text and calling program to clients and prospective clients who submit their number through our website chat widget. This is a mixed-use program with two separately-consented categories:

• Customer care messages: responses to support requests, ticket updates, appointment coordination, and follow-up communications related to an existing inquiry; and
• Promotional messages: special offers, discounts, event promotions, and service announcements, sent only to those who have separately checked the promotional consent box.

Marketing consent is never combined with customer care consent, and neither is shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Opt-in is collected exclusively through our website's chat widget. We do not enroll individuals in this program through any other form, purchase, or paper sign-up.

3. Consent, Frequency, and Rates

• By submitting your number and checking a consent box in the chat widget, you authorize Justine Tax Plus to text and/or call that number, possibly using automated technology, for the category or categories you selected. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your relationship with us and the categories you have opted into.

• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and request help by replying HELP, to any message.
